Sea Kayaking Quadra Island
Sea Kayaking has fast become what Quadra Island is recreationally known for - and for good reason.
Absolutely stunning mountain scenery can be seen from any vantage point on the water. Curious seals and harbour porpoises peek at you from beneath the clear ocean surface.
Traveling adjacent to the shoreline during low tide will reward you with an abundance of colourful intertidal sea life that offers a whole other universe of alien-like submarine creatures.
Protected waters and, in some areas, shallow depths gives you opportune and refreshing ocean swimming spots. And, if that isn’t enough, take the time to soak in the moment as you sit motionless for a quiet minute permitting your boat to drift as it pleases on the ocean currents.
Experience all of this and more on one of our sea kayaking day tours. All of our tours offers an element of interpretation which is sure to delight the curiosity in you. Fully prepared lunches, equipment, shuttles and guides are all waiting for your participation. Call today to reserve!
